30 minutes, real talk about your love life. If this isn't your next step, I'll tell you so.

Marcus looking calm and confident

So you met someone cute at a party. Did you ask her out? Or rehearse the perfect line in your head until she left?

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I coach single men who want real connection but struggle to be direct with women they're attracted to.

Rejection feels unbearable.
You worry about coming off as creepy.

I get it, because I've been there.

(I work primarily with men who date women - but the door is open to anyone who wants to approach the people they're attracted to, whatever your gender or orientation.)

Why "just be confident" has never worked for you

Freezing isn't cowardice. It's your nervous system tagging rejection as a threat - sending you into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn - and doing its job very well. You can't think your way out of a body response. No amount of advice, videos, or rehearsed openers will fix it, because approach anxiety, and the fear of being creepy, aren't information problems. They're body problems.

So we train the body. Somatic tools to settle the threat response. Weekly real-world reps, with gradually increasing stakes so your body can handle it. And a coach in your corner for the scary moments.

Who this is for

You want to connect with people you're attracted to. You're tired of overthinking every interaction. You don't want tricks. You want to become someone for whom talking to people you're drawn to is just a normal part of the week.

Who it's not for: guys looking for manipulation tactics, scripts to "win" women, or a coach who'll promise you a girlfriend by week six. I'm NOT training pick-up artists.

The promise

Three months from now, you:

  • Approach regularly. Talking to people you're drawn to is a normal part of your week, not a once-a-year act of courage.
  • Handle rejection without spiraling. A "no" stings for a minute, not a month. You know your worth doesn't ride on any single interaction.
  • Know what you want, and voice it. You're clear on what you're looking for, and you can express it without apology or pressure.

I can't promise outcomes with any particular person. What I promise is structured training: exercises to rep, support when you need it, and honest feedback, every week.

What you get

  • An extended onboarding deep-dive (2.5 to 3 hours) - your story, your goals, your fears, mapped in one unhurried session.
  • 12 weekly 1:1 sessions (60 min, video) - a somatic check-in, a review of your week's reps, and new concepts to work with.
  • Weekly field challenges - real-world reps, scaled to where you are. Week one might be eye contact with yourself in the mirror, or smiling at strangers. Later on, it might be collecting five rejections on purpose - and thanking every one.
  • Between-session support - voice note and text access, for the moment right after a hard rejection or when you're struggling to get motivated.
  • Personalized practices - self-compassion and nervous-system tools so your confidence lives in your body, not just your head.
  • Frameworks that stick - clear ways to figure out what you actually want, consent practiced as a skill, and a grounded picture of how women experience being approached - informed by real stories from women.

Investment

3-month container - $2,220 (paid in full), or 3 payments of $800.

If the work doesn't move you, your money back

In week one we take two baselines: two short questionnaires researchers use to track social anxiety and fear of being judged (the SIAS and BFNE-S, if you like acronyms), plus a simple count of how many people you approach each week. We take them again at week eight and week twelve.

Show up to every session, do every weekly challenge, and keep your journal for all twelve weeks.

If by the end neither your scores nor your weekly approach count has moved, I'll refund you in full.

This isn't a promise about any particular woman. Nobody honest can make that one. It's a promise about the training: if you do it and it doesn't move you, you don't pay for it.

From people I've coached

"Marcus' training in direct, honest, and respectful communication has been a transformative experience.

Now, I have the confidence to approach women and talk to them in a natural way, without feeling creepy or awkward. If a woman expresses that they're not interested, it is so freeing to receive her 'no' with gratitude and respect - instead of feeling rejected or taking it personally.

This shift has made dating more fun than ever. Even when things don't go in a romantic direction, I often end up making new friends and forming meaningful connections based in authenticity and genuine mutual interest. Working with Marcus played a huge role in relieving my social anxiety and helping me live in the moment - taking action instead of staring across the room wondering. I've never felt more alive."
